Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

C/O of my grandfather's estate property. a subtent has now caused horrific damage and major city code violations for the second time.what steps can be taken to remove him.

You would need to be appointed PR of your grandfathers estate to evict the tenant and seek damages.

Mr pippen is correct. Is there a lease ? If they have violated its terms then they can be given notice to terminate. If no lease than notice to terminate has to be given per statute. You need at least two lawsuits. The estate and an eviction.
