my grandma died and im in the will do i have to be present when the will is read?

Reading of the Will is a TV fiction. Anyone can read the Will. Interested parties are to be given a copy of the Will. So you can ask whoever possesses the Will to send you a copy for you to read yourself.
If you need an attorney, then you should hire one. If you have to ask yourself if you need one, you probably do.

No. Just ask for a copy of the Will. Whoever has been named as the personal representative should give you according to the wishes of the will.
