Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my grandmother passed away in 2002 the will states my father was to receive half the value of her condo. His sister was to pay him their agreed upon price of $23,000.00 but he became ill and passed before my aunt paid. I was reading the will recently and noticed there was a line stating "stirpes" which i looked up and found out that means me and my children. Can i demand the payment that my father never received?
