Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My grandmother recently pasted away in the state of Florida. I'm estranged from my family and would like to know if there is a way to find out if there was a will and if I am in it.

Your best bet is to contact other family members and ask. You could hire an attorney to file what is known as a caveat in the probate court of the county where she lived in, but that would be cost prohibitive. This would inform you of a probate proceeding filed for her estate.
