Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my grandmothers house is still in her name 17 yrs after her death,my father is the executer of the will which was all filed except the real estate deed.the house was to go to my father and his brother and since his brother passed away how can we fix the deed? so that the house can be disposed of.

You may have to probate multiple estates now. Depending how long ago, and if the property was homestead will decide the correct procedures. You need a probate lawyer to figure this out.
