Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Grandmother's will revised and notarized by main beneficiary's attorney several

Grandmother promised my dying mother that we 4 children would inherit my mother's share of the estate. Less than one week before my Grandma died her will was revised and notarized by the attorney who also represented and wrote the main beneficiary's trust. Under Florida law, I thought that a notary can not have any financial interest in the documents they notarize. Isn't having an ongoing attorney-client relationship with a beneficiary of a will a financial interest? Can the notarization be questioned? Is it legal?
