I want my Grandson, rather than my "Next of Kin (Daughter) to be my sole Administrator iof Estate n the event of becoming incapacitated or deceased. Can this be done via a Durable Power of Attorney?

No -- it is done through a will. A power of attorney is not effective after someone died.
