Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Grandsons birth certificate has one name and his ss# has another,He moved to Germany when he ws 2 at age 6 or 7 step father and mother did a last name change. parents divorced 8 years later.Mother moved back to fl. went to SS office with a document from Germany stating name change.So the child (18) has two different names..can't get a drivers license because his b.cert. and ss# don't match. Meanwhile the german papers can't be found after so many moves in the last 4 years. Please help!! Linda

take the birth certificate and get a social security number.
