Do grown-up children have any rights?
Mom died in car accident, Dad sued got like $800,000 from lawsuit and also money from her life insurance policy? After she dies, he also took off with 35 yr old, sold my Mom's and his house (I know this is paseed to him upon death)and got like another $800,000 from that. Bought a house cash and put his new wife on the mortgage of the new house. So everything my Mom worked for is going to another woman. He doesn't speak to me and my sister anymore. He sold the family business which my Mom owned 51% of. Are my sister and I entitled to any of this? There has to be something we can do (please tell me yes)!
Also, I think he is trying to sue the city in which she died because of the way the roads were or something (he didn't tell us much about the car accident, like he was hiding something). If he did or is still in the process of suing are we entitled to any of this?
Also, my Mom always said that her life insurance policy was under me and my sisters name. Then when she died my Dad said it wasn't. There may be another policy under or name or something else may have went on. How can I find out?

Sorry to say but from the facts you have given you have no claims. Your story is the perfect reason for estate planning, wills and trusts.

You do not say if your mother had a Will. If there was a Will that gave all her assets to her husband, your father, then I think there is little you can do. If there was no Will, or if there was a Will that left you some share of the assets, then you may have a claim against your father. I think you should talk with an attorney.
