My great grandmother has been deceased since 1993. her home was left to my grand uncle, aunt, and mother. Both my grand uncle and aunt are deceased. My mother would like to quick deed the property to me. What do we need to do

The various estates must be probated, unless the proerty was owned as "joint tenants with right of surviviorship".
