Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Hired a lawyer to handle my probate . Paid him 7200.00 he just up and close his office, still hasnt notified me. But my case has not been cleared what do I do?

1. Hire another lawyer to finish your case out
2. Contact the Florida Bar - find out where he is and what is going on and file a complaint to have them investigate - do so ASAP because you may be entitled to the funds you paid him or part of them.
