Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Hi!

What is the language in the Deed (see below) that indicates a problem with the conveyance of the property made by my late husband to himself reserving a life estate?

A- my husband's name

B- me, his spouse

�Deed, made on this day____, by A. , joined by his wife, B. of (address in Florida), grantor as first party, to A., for life estate, without any liability for waste, and with full power and authority in said life tenant(s) to sell, convey, mortgage, lease or otherwise manage and dispose of the property described herein, in fee simple, with or without consideration, without joinder of the remainderman, and with full power and authority to retain any and all proceeds generated thereby, and upon the death of the last life tenant or if survivor disclaims his/her interest hereunder, the remainder, if any to B., grantee.�
