Does a holographic will have to have two witness to be valid?

Yes, signed by testator in presence of two witnesses who also sign.

A holographic will is a handwritten Will without any witnesses. It is not valid in Florida if you are a Florida resident. If it is witnessed by two people it doesn't make any difference if it is holographic or not, it would be valid.
