Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I have a home in Florida. My dad is 1/2 owner along with myself.

If he passes on, do I get the home or the 1/2 of dad's goes back into the estate?

Unless is is titled as joint owners with right of survivorship, it goes into his estate.
