re hospital bill and probate

having problem with insurance company paying on hospital bill the insurance co disputing over services rendered my wife passed away the house was under her name and currently in probate can the hospital force me to sell house to cover for there bill which when perform services they did not consult with me on what was covered or not

Yes, if that is the only asset. Retain counsel to check into this insurance dispute.

Disregard poor Mr. Slater. He often gets things backwards. The answer is NO, the home passes to heirs free of such a creditor.
