Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

House in trust, but no money to repair

My father died, leaving 70 % of his house in trust to sons (30 % is stepmothers). No other asset in trust. House needs repair, but sons can't pay. What are sons options? Stepmother has life estate to house.
