It depends on the circumstances. Every probate is different and you should consult with your attorney if you have one. If the estate qualifies for Summary Administration, then probate can take less time than Formal Administration. Some timelines are not adjustable (e.g., by law you have to allow time for notice to creditors, attorneys are sometimes at the mercy of the courts which are full of cases and paperwork that need to be reviewed by judges, etc.).
