Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My husband died without a will in florida and I was given the house as a life estate and there are remainderman who share an interest when I die. There is a line of credit on the house which is in my late husband's name only. The line of credit has an expiration date. Am I legally only responsible for paying the interest and the remainderman responsible for the principle owing?
