Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My husband died last year and had a lien for a few vacant lots in a neighborhood. After he died, no payments were made on the lots and they were foreclosed on with a remaining balance of about $150,000. I have an attorney and have paid them about $10,000 in legal fees but I am completely out of money! I cannot afford to pay an attorney any longer so I need to know what I should do and what to expect the outcome to be.

You should be able to find an attorney who will work on a contingency of recovery. The PR must make claim to the excess funds.
