Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My husband died last year. All real property, bank accounts etc were held with me in jtwros. His will states that everything goes to me in event of his death. Do I have to do anything with his will?

Assuming all assets were held with survivorship interest than nothing needs to be done other than recording a certified copy of death certificate and continuous marriage affidavit when you want to transfer any real property. Does not sound like you need to probate an Estate, but it is really hard to answer that with definitiveness without seeing the actual assets and will. Contact a local attorney and review your actual assets and will with that attorney. It is a good time to discuss your Estate plan too. Sorry for your loss.
