Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My husband invested in a rental condo with his real estate broker friend under joint rights of survivorship. He died, and now his estate is in probate. As his wife, do I now own half of this condo with half of its income and mortgage responsibility? If so, can I force her to sell it and derive half the net?

Mr. Kaplan is correct. Get an attorney ASAP before you have nothing left to receive from this.
