Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my husband and i married nine months ago.his mother died eightteen momts ago he has three sisters he is the only brother the sisters are waverong this home to him iwere living in this unit there are no liens, mymquestion is if we were to divorce what are my rights to this home.and at this time we are not selling. thank you.also we have no children.

If you are divorcing your husband after a whole 9 months of marriage, it is very unlikely that you would be entitled to anything that your husband has not yet inherited.
