Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My husband passed away 4 months ago. I received a bill for $3,300.00 for 6 months of dialysis which was not covered by insurance. Am I liable for this bill? There is no estate.

Not unless you assume personal responsibility for it. They may come after assets titled solely in his name alone. They may try to go after joint accounts (if they are agressive) so you will need to show that it is your money and not subject to creditor claims.
