Husband past away
my husband just pased away. And I don't know what to do about all the debts he had in his name. I am an elderly woman who is in no working shape. I am not sure what kind of funds there are going to be now. since his passing. I have to have a famialy member do the bills becouse I can't remimber much anymore. am I responceable for them? If the debts are in his name, you are not responsible. His estate, if any, may be.

You are not responsible for any debts that are solely in your husband's name. His estate is responsible to pay those debts from any liquid assets, if any. If there are no assets belonging only to your husband, then they cannot collect. Your trailer is your homestead so it is protected against any claims from anyone.
