Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My husbands parents died in 2004 in Florida. His dad died before his mom did. His mom left a will excluding my husband (their only child) from inheriting anything for no good reason. My husband retained a lawyer who was able to revert the will awarding my husband his inheritance. There are some trust funds in both his mother's and his father's names. What does he need to do in order to change them over to his name or be able to gain access to them. Thank you.
