Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Iam the personal rep on my dads will.His only left a home. Will reads after all bills are paid my sister , brother and my husband and myself ,as husband and wife;in equal shares,per stirpes. This was done in 1992, in 2002 he made an addition to the will leaving 29,000.00 to my husband for bills paid for my dad during the years..medical, taxes, home improvements...etc. My sister and brother want the home sold now... can I pay them for share of the home and keep the home untill I wasnt to sell.
