IS it illegal for a realitor to disclose someone personal file and all deeds for that person's property?

I am unsure what you mean by "personal life," however, all deeds are a matter of public record and free to be viewed at any time and by any body.

I agree with Soss. If it was not of public record then perhaps that would be considered an invasion of privacy.
