My father is deceased and has property in florida (primary) and indiana. Will leaves everything to mother, but indiana real estatehas only his name on title. Does the Indiana real estate transfer to mother under Tenancy by the Entirety? or does this need to go through the estate?

The property does not automatically transfer. His will must be probated in the county of his domicile and a personal representative appointed.
