Inheritance denied

In Florida, a woman's revocable trust and will leaves all her assets equally distributed to children A, B and C. A is estranged from her and doesn't want anything from her. Do assets get split evenly between B and C, or does A's share go to his only child D, since it also states that A's share goes to surviving children. A is alive, but doesn't want his inheritance.

A may waive his share and it will go to B&C.
