inheritance

if my elderly mother is buying a home, is it better for my name to be on the title, or will the house go to me when she dies. Will their be probate involved? Will i pay court fees?

Whether the house goes to you would depend on whether your grandmother is married, what is in her will and whether there are any other blood relatives.
