I am the first born of my mother

she is first born to her parent she died of a heart attack 5/26/2001

her father died 4 years ago

her mother i took care of but now her sons have took her i have care taker paper from a attnorney

but i let them have her

will i lose my mthers part of inhertiage , time are tough and we might lose our home i asked can we move on moms part they said

no we might need it

is n't there something that could be done about that

first born, middle born, last born or inbetwen born makes no difference. The children share equally assuming there is no will. If there is a will, then the will controls. You are not entitled to anything in advance.
