Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Intestate

My father has no will and no plan to ever do one. He has several (at least 8) houses, one of which I live in, and several antique cars, recocord collections, etc. There are 3 children, so how will all this get distributed to the heirs without a will or PR as well as the creditors paid.
