inventory totally wrong
there are 2 cars listed in his will that were not in his name,and the 1 in his name is not listed car was hidden his business is not listed at all and 2 guitars are listed but he had at least 10 we have pics of inventory at death friend has sold or stolen most every thing.including checking acct. drained as well.we don't fell attorny is doing his job. any help appreciated

If you are involved in an estate as a beneficiary or interested party, an inventory was SERVED on you which means you have 30 days to challenge the Inventory listed. Read the last page for instructions or if matters are serious retain counsel to represent you if you are a beneficiary of the estate. Our office peforms those duties on a retainer and hourly basis. If its over 30 days you may have other recourses your attorney could detail for you after a review of the file.
