AN IRREVOCABLE TRUST CONSISTING OF A MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT AND PAID UP CASH VALUE LIFE INS POLICY WAS TERMINATED BY COURT ORDER ON JUNE 3,2014 tHE ONLY RESPONSE WE CAN GET AS TO WHEN IT WILL BE DISBURSED FROM THE BANKS ATTORNEY AND OURS IS SOON. HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE AND ARE WE GETTING THE RUN AROUND

Does the court order specify how long? If not, then you can always go back to the Judge and have him specify that if the funds are not forthcoming. Review with your attorney
