irrevocable trust after death

My parents are both gone now- My sister is the trustee of both irrevocable . Everything is in the trust. My sister has gotten an attorney ? Do we need one ? How long before everything should be dispensed to the heirs. ? Thanks

Your sister is correct in obtaining counsel. You should have an attorney review the trust documents, as well as other documents, to determine your rights as a beneficiary.
