Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Joint Surviorship
My father died without a will. Within the last ten years, his assets were converted to joint ownership with his brother. Do my father's adult children have
any rights to these assets?

Re: Joint Surviorship
Assets which are titled in joint names or have a beneficiary will be transferred automatically to the joint owner or beneficiary. No one else would be entitled to receive those assets.
