Joint Surviorship

My father died without a will. Within the last ten years, his assets were converted to joint ownership with his brother. Do my father's adult children have

any rights to these assets?

Assets which are titled in joint names or have a beneficiary will be transferred automatically to the joint owner or beneficiary. No one else would be entitled to receive those assets.
