Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Joint Tenancy w/ right of survivorship

My father passed away in his Will he desired for his property to be divided between my brother and I. My brother was named as executor, his name also appears on the deed to the Condo as joint tenants with right of survivorship. As the other person named in the Will do I have any rights in regards to the value of the Condo.
