Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
A judge recently stated "This motion be paid for by the estate with regard to both parties" Question, does this mean that the attorney fees prepping for this day in court, as well as, the entire process be paid for by the estate?
This is in regard to a legal challenge to an estate will.
Thank you

I would interpret it that the court awarded attorney fees for both attorneys from estate proceeds
for the motion only. Yes, that would include office and court time. The amount thereof will have to be determined.
