What kind of will do i need
My husband would like to be cremated when he passes away and wants that put into his will. His sister would insist on a burial. How can i make sure his wishes are taken care of?

He can put specify funereal arrangements in his will, or make a codicil if he already has a will. He should express his desire with family members so everyone knows of his intention. He should ensure that the personal representative named in his will is willing and able to carry out his wishes.
