Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

is there a law that requires the will and death cert. to be filed when someone dies? If so, what is that stat? And, how does a death cert. have a wrong entry on it? Could it be something that was filled out on the form, when applying for it? It had the wrong sex on the Death Cert. and was also not filed with the court!

If there is a probate the will and the death certificate need tone filed. If the certificate is wrong it should be corrected
