Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
When does your lawyer let the court know he represents you for the opposing side in a probate case? Is that important is that important? And how important is it if you are not in agreement and challenging the estate? Must your lawyer notify the judge and let him know? Is there a Florida statue on that even? Thank you 😊

A notice of appearance is filed and provides notice. If the Estate is being challenged a Motion needs to be filed and an adversary hearing would be scheduled. You need to speak to your attorney about these things .
