Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
If a lawyer for a trustee is hired to create trust accountings for the trust and utilizes documents provided by the trustee, and utilizes brokerage accounts statements of the trusts assets, and the accountings then created evidence harm (overpayment to trustee and underpayments to income beneificiary), can the beneficiary sue the lawyer for the trustee for breach of fiduciary duties to them?

The trustee is the fiduciary. If the attorney handled and paid the money without authority their May be a contract claim or a malpractice claim. The attorney cannot be responsible for his clients breach alone. Seek legal help
