Disinheriting Children

Q. Can a grown child be completely left out of my will and/or replaced by leaving trusts to his children(My grandchildren)?

A. Yes. The only one you can't disinherit is your spouce or an as yet unconceived child. Trusts are a great way to maintain control of you assets after you are gone and to skip generations.
