need legal help about my boyfriend

my boyfriend just died at the age 79 i been with him for 24 years and we are not married but his 2 wife he getting is social security and his daughter is handing all is things and i live in this apartment i canot afford the rent i am disablity and i have two dogs i know he has a safe deposit boxes and no body believe me and his younger brother blame me for his died what advice you can get me help
