Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Is it legal for my trustee to asume that i am living with someone and ask me for not only my income tax returns but also for anyone he asumes is living with me too? Personally I think this guy has gone too far with his presumtious questions.

I would have to know more, but I am finding it hard to understand why.
Possibly is there something that gives them discretionary power to distribute that they have to know your financial abilities? Maybe something in that line?
Would have to review your trust agreement. If your withdrawal of income is based on your financial ability then perhaps Mr. Kaplan is correct. You would need to provide what income you are receiving to help support you in order to determine what amount you would be entitled to under the trust for a draw.
