Legal will

My dad dies 2 weeks ago, his wife gave me a copy of the will dated 1999, she is a witness. Is this legal? He had another one in his hospital room without her,now she can't find it.

The 2008 Florida Statutes

732.504 Who may witness.--

(1) Any person competent to be a witness may act as a witness to a will.

(2) A will is not invalid because the will is signed by an interested witness.
