Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

letter in response to a summons received against a will.

I am a beneficiary of an amended will, of which I received my distribution ulabout a year ago.

The will is now being contested, and I have received a summons that must be answered within 20 days.

Can you tell me what I must state in my written response, other than acknowledging that a law suit has been filed against me?

Note: I live in NYC, is being contested in Florida

The summons will have a petition or complaint attached to it or served with it. That is what you need to answer or reespond to.
