lien was placed on my house 5 days after i closed on it and the title company says its not their problem

It may well be their problem because most title insurance insure the gap-this is the period of time from when you closed till the legal documents are recorded at courthouse.This is a complex area if you need my assistance to analyze this send me an e-mail with your phone number
