Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

life estate

I was granted a life estate by a family limited partnership owned by the man I was dating. I subsequently married him and we were married 20+ years. In his will, nothing is mentioned regarding the life estate, and his residual estate is left to me. Am I still subject to the life estate?

The "life estate" is your lif, not his. It is yours now so it woulkd not be mentioned in the will.
