Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Life Estate in Real Property

My mother deeded her real estate property to her 3 children with ownership of an undivided one-third interest each as tenants in common, with her retaining a Life Estate in the property. In the deed it specifies the property to the grantee and the grantee's heirs. If one of her children predeceases her, does the property go to their (deceased) heirs?
